All our wedding dresses are made to order. That means that they are customised to the customer’s specific measurements.
Because of this, we can only accept returns within 7 days of you receiving the dress provided that the dress is:
- in its original packaging
- in the condition as it was received
- Undamaged
- Unworn
- not smelling of perfume
- Not altered
- Etc.
Once it has gone through our quality check and we have ascertained that it meets our conditions we will refund you minus the 40% handling fee within 10 business days upon receipt of the wedding dress into same account you used to purchase the wedding dress.
We will also refund you return shipping if your wedding dress meets the above.
