Section 1 – Production Time
Once we receive your measurements we can begin production on your wedding dress. It usually takes between 2 – 4 weeks to complete; however this varies. You can see the status of your dress and other information by visiting the account section.
Section 2 – Shipping
Once your dress is complete we package it with care and send it to you via door to door courier. We always use next day delivery express unless otherwise stated.
Section 3 – Cost
We charge a flat shipping fee of R250; however if you sign up to our newsletter you will receive a coupon for free delivery. This can be used on any order you place.
